What happens when you get nine products with 5 different company origins? Unrecognizable user experiences, and incohesive brand recognition. I describe how I mobilized my team under tight deadlines to iterate quickly and come up with a stellar vision that set the stage for the entire portfolio of products.
When you have 10 scrum teams globally, and a small ratio of designers to support them, it takes intentional planning and transparency to make sure things dont't slip through the cracks. This case study illustrates ways in which I set about reducing friction between Product Design and their partners in Product Management and Engineering.
