I’m a compassionate product design leader with 25 years’ experience creating enterprise user experiences in domains such as healthcare, workforce management, and higher-education. I thrive on solving messy problems and bridging gaps in understanding, so that we can build the best experiences that also satisfy business goals with the given time, resource, and technology constraints. I never tire of my role as both teacher and learner to nurture a user-centric design culture, and one in which teams, stakeholders, and customers are opened to new approaches to solving problems creatively and successfully.
